Overview
Quality control processes are in place to ensure consistent products. Should you be unsatisfied we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Given the perishable nature, grain spawn cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to charge a restocking fee for any returned or canceled items.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to Support@Entheogenex.com
